Priority sign

When a road becomes too narrow for vehicles to pass in both directions, the ‘Priority Over Oncoming Vehicles’ Cone Sign makes it clear which way of traffic has priority. The large white arrow shows that approaching vehicles have priority over oncoming traffic, helping drivers to understand when they can proceed through a narrow area.

This sign is particularly useful at single-lane roadworks, narrow temporary routes, bridgeworks, and sections of a carriageway affected by construction where two-way traffic can’t pass at the same time. Clearly defining who has priority helps to prevent head-on vehicle collisions and keeps traffic moving through the area in an orderly way.

Constructed directly in the UK from a durable RA1 reflective aluminium composite, this cone sign is easy to handle and remains visible when illuminated by vehicle headlights in low-light conditions. It can be fitted directly onto standard traffic cones and repositioned as work areas change.
